Overall, the focus and rampant growth in 2016 of chatbots has advanced the usage and capabilities of these bots by a staggering amount over the last couple of years. However, there continues to be a huge lack of real capability in chatbots that render them mostly useless beyond completing very simple pointed tasks or basic question answer mechanics. Taking a focus on the financial industry, there are a wide range of'bank in a box' white label chatbots that you can choose from. There are also many personal financial coaching chatbots that are both white label and direct consumer platforms. However, when it comes to implementing these'white label' solutions, there is a sudden realization that these give a very basic framework and there is still a large amount of effort involved in actually getting the chatbot to deliver any real value to the customer.
